The 91st Donkey? Derby Day | August 13th

Come to Cripple Creek for a day full of races, food, beer tent, a parade, music with a John Denver tribute and most importantly DONKEYS! This is a yearly celebration and fundraiser for the donkeys, who are believed to be related to the original donkeys from the town’s Gold Rush Days!
