Lorraine Amos loves Colorado Springs. As the Broker/Owner of The Cutting Edge Realtors, downtown location, she has committed to providing the people of Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas with the highest level of customer service. She strives daily to build the top real estate team in the region and is the team lead and mentor for the Amos team, with her specialty being in residential real estate. As a Peak Producer, she is in the top two percent of agents in El Paso County.

Lorraine has proven to be a deeply dedicated woman in every area in her life. After growing up in Colorado Springs and graduating from Widefield High School, she served as a Corpsman in the Navy for nearly eight years. Serving in both Desert Storm and the ER(Hawaii) during her time in the military has made her excellent under pressure and solidified her incredible work ethic and commitment to excellence. What little spare time she has is spent hiking and kayaking with her dogs in her favorite state.

As both a single mother to two incredible daughters and a full-time agent, Lorraine refuses to wastes anyone’s time and is truly focused on what is best for her clients. She is knowledgeable and relatable, and is intent on ensuring that her clients feel comfortable and informed throughout each step of the buying and selling process. She is a dream-builder, and is as enthusiastic about helping her clients build their dreams as she is about achieving her own.
